The National Championship will be two months off and there is plenty of room for statistical balances. As the one that records the historical table, the sum of all the points of all time, which has Colo Colo at the top of the ranking since 1933.
The classification was developed by Data Factory and in it the Cacique appears in the absolute first place, with 200 points of advantage over Universidad de Chile. This means that the albos must go almost two years without adding units to risk the leadership.
The list computes two points for victory until 1994 and three points for victory later. Colo Colo is in the lead with 3,563 points, followed by Universidad de Chile (3,363) and Universidad Católica (3,289).
It should be noted that the popular cast is the only one that has participated in all seasons of Chilean soccer in the First Division since 1933, since it was one of the founders of the Chilean league and subsequently never lost the honor category.
The ranking also shows the power of the Santiago teams, since in addition to Colo Colo and the universities, Unión Española, Palestino and Audax Italiano appear to complete the first six locations.
Subsequently, the regions appear, represented by Everton, O’Higgins, Wanderers and Huachipato, the team that took Cobreloa out of the top ten after the descent of the northern team to Primera B in 2015.
