Closed brothel in front of the Plaza de Armas returned to operation days after being closed

Carabineros closed this Thursday a clandestine brothel inside the Fernández Concha Portal, emblematic building located in front of the Plaza de Armas de Santiago.

Product of a series of complaints for “annoying noise”, personnel from the First Commissariat of the militarized police conducted an investigation in the place, detecting that behind the facade of four departments a clandestine brothel operated.

It was apartments that “in previous days they had already been closed”, detailed the captain Vladimir Úbeda, of the First Santiago Police Station.

During the closure operation 16 people were arrested, mostly women, under the charges of violation of the seal, current arrest warrant, concealment of identity, sale of both drugs and narcotics, and violation of article 318 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

After the audit, the departments they were closed again.

“Carabineros will continue to intensify its preventive and control work, in pursuit of the security and tranquility of the citizens,” promised Captain Úbeda after the operation.
