Claudio Bravo is a reinforcement of Real Betis and will join Manuel Pellegrini’s squad after being officially announced by the Spanish club as a signing for the 2020-21 season. Bravo returns to the Spanish La Liga after leaving Barcelona and arriving at Manchester City in 2016.

During the morning the Chilean goalkeeper anticipated his arrival in Seville by playing mystery and in the midst of the rigorous medical examinations he published that his echocardiogram had shown his green heart as a result.

During the same afternoon this Sunday the Real Betis welcomed him through Twitter and a statement on the official site confirming the agreement with a one-year contract and another 12 optional months after the season that is about to begin.

And it was Bravo himself who answered swiftly to the greeting and with a brief message on social networks, he shared his first words as a Betis player: “see you very soon”, the goalkeeper of the Chilean team recorded.

It should be remembered that Bravo arrived in Spanish football in mid-2006 when he put on the Real Sociedad jersey from Colo Colo. In 2014 he arrived at the Camp Nou to defend Barcelona’s goal in La Liga. During the second season as culé, Marc-André ter Stegen stayed in full with the position and the Creole emigrated to Manchester City in 2016.

At the age of 37 on April 13, Claudio Bravo puts on the fifth shirt of his career with the conviction to regain ownership in the competitive First Division of Spain.
