The Pulso Ciudadano survey of the first half of December indicated that the deputy of the Humanist Party, Pamela Jiles, is leading the presidential preferences, surpassing Daniel Jadue, of the Communist Party, and Joaquín Lavín (UDI).

When asked “who would you prefer to be the next president?”, Jiles leads the preferences with 13.8%, followed by Lavín (11.9%) and Jadue (7.8%). Further back are Evelyn Matthei (5.2%), Michelle Bachelet (3.9%), Leonardo Farkas (3.5%), Franco Parisi (2.9%), José Antonio Kast (2.9%), Marco Enríquez-Ominami (2.5%), Beatriz Sánchez (1.9%) and Sebastián Sichel (1.6%).

In the question, where the likely voter segment (52.1% of the population) is consulted, Deputy Jiles also leads the preferences, with 15.8%, followed by Daniel Jadue with 12.6% and Joaquín Lavín with 9.6%.

In relation to the current president, the approval of Sebastián Piñera reaches 10.0%, registering a drop of 1.2 points in relation to the second half of November (11.2%), while 79.1% disapproves the management of the president.

For its part, the approval of the Cabinet is 11.9%, without differences with respect to the previous measurement, while the disapproval is 78.5%.
