The Ministry of Health reported that the last day 1,711 Covid-19 infections and 39 deaths were registered.
Of the total infections 1,105 cases presented symptoms, 565 cases are asymptomatic and 41 cases were not reported.
With the 39 new deaths, Chile reaches the 16,443 deaths confirmed by Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic.

The Minsal also reported 716 infected in the ICU, of which 61 patients are in critical condition and 565 patients are on mechanical ventilation.
In the last 24 hours, additionally, 27,297 PCR tests, with a positivity percentage of 6.27%.
Nowadays 290 mechanical fans are available nationwide and 9,636 places in health residences.
