Later, the Public Ministry indicated that “regarding what happened during this day at the Carlos Macera residence in Talcahuano, The Prosecutor’s Office instructed investigative procedures to the Human Rights Unit of the Homicide Brigade of the PDI of Concepción to clarify the facts. “
