Grounds to excuse yourself
The members appointed in this instance cannot present excuses and those who do not attend to carry out their work risk an electoral infraction, which is sanctioned with a fine for municipal benefit, ranging from 2 to 8 UTM (approximately between $ 79,500 and $ 318,000).
