This Tuesday the death of Conchata Ferrell, the actress who played Bertha, one of the most remembered characters in the series Two and a half Men.
The actress, who had a career that began in the mid-1970s, was also well loved by the entire production crew. Proof of this are the words delivered by those who were his collaborators in the comedy, including the co-creator and executive producer, Chuck lorre.

Lee Aronsohn, the other co-creator of the series, highlighted that Ferrell was “a warm and wonderful woman who was always a pleasure to be around on set”.
The actor Jon Cryer, who played Alan Harper for 12 seasons, highlighted the professionalism, talent and personality of the actress.
“We met on our second episode and I felt so lucky that they could cast her for the series. I told her I was a fan of hers and she just refused to believe it (…) Berta’s gruff exterior was a writers’ invention. Chatty’s warmth and vulnerability were her true strengths. Finally Charlie sheen, the original star of Two and a half Men who played Charlie Harper, used his Twitter account to write a few words in honor of Conchata.
“She was an absolute sweetheart, a consummate professional, a genuine friend. It is a shocking and painful loss. Berta, your cleanliness was a bit suspicious, your care for ‘people’ was perfect”Sheen explained.
Conchata Ferrell died at the age of 77 due to complications associated with a heart attack that she suffered in May of this year.
