Chamber approves second withdrawal of 10% of the Government: returns to the Senate | National

This Thursday the Chamber of Deputies and Deputies approved the “Bill that establishes a unique and extraordinary withdrawal of pension funds under the conditions indicated (Government bill)”, so the bill was now returned to the Senate.

In the instance, the deputies, after discussing the project, approved the initiative with 131 votes in favor, 12 against and 2 abstentions.

Likewise, the Chamber supported shortening the maximum term of the funds to 10 business days once the benefit has been requested and 10 business days later for the delivery of the second installment. The indication received 108 votes in favor, 17 against and 20 abstentions.

A term of 10 business days was also approved for the delivery of the requested funds when they are less than 35 UF (1,016,764), in a single installment. He received 131 votes in favor, 8 against and 6 abstentions.

Now it will be the Senate that will have to finalize the discussion of the Law, legislators who are summoned at 5:30 p.m. this Thursday to analyze its processing.
