As reported Financial Journal, the deadline is September 25, according to the letter from Redwood Capital, the investment bank hired for this operation, which proposed that day as a limit to Inversiones Alpes, the company through which Heller participates in Azul Azul.

“Once this offer is accepted, the contract will be signed once the parties agree on its terms, a date that cannot be beyond Friday, September 25,” says the document dated September 4.

Total there are more than 28 million shares, and, despite the fact that each share is currently priced at $ 594 pesos, it is estimated that new buyers will offer a figure below $ 400 pesos, so the operation, in total, translates into about 14 million dollars.
