Carabineros detained a man accused of killing his partner, a 28-year-old woman, who according to the first information was attacked with a knife this Saturday in Peñalolén.
It was the same relatives of the victim who transferred her to a health center in the commune, however, passed away on the spot.
The Lieutenant Colonel of the 43rd Police Station of Peñalolén, Rodrigo SotoHe pointed out that these people gave “important information to the Carabineros, who finally managed to arrest the subject at the home of relatives in the La Reina commune.”
“The defendant had a criminal record for homicide“he added.
The Eastern Prosecutor’s Office ordered the Labocar de Carabineros to carry out the examinations of the weapon that would have been used in the crime.
