The Electronic Arts (EA) video game studio has relaunched the online multiplayer mode of the first edition of Star Wars: Battlefront, a title that was launched in 2004 and whose servers were closed six years ago.

Last Thursday, the original edition of the Star Wars: Battlefront saga received a update via Steam and the GOG service CD Projekt where online multiplayer was back on.

The new online multiplayer mode, which is now available, also adds new languages ​​to the classic title, among which is the Spanish, French, Italian and German, as collected on your Steam page.

This novelty reaches the first edition of Star Wars: Battlefront, released in 2004 and whose online mode was closed in 2014.

The update comes days after EA announced that won’t develop new expansions and updates for its successor, Battlefront II, which after more than two years of support received in April its latest update, Scarif, based on the movie Rogue One.
