BancoEstado announced the “Verdazo”, a new mortgage loan with an interest rate of 1.79 percent and that targets homes with energy efficiency certification.
As explained by the entity, this measure is part of its new platform Green World, which groups together a series of investment and financing products that seek to support the reactivation in a sustainable way.
