State Bank issued a statement this Monday informing its clients that during the present day it will have a more limited attention in its branches, requesting – therefore – the use of their digital platforms.

“We make a call not to attend the branches today and to prefer remote and digital channels”, remarked the entity.

He then indicated that “to answer questions or queries, we have our 600 200 7000 call center or our social networks.”

The bank’s official website -until 8:50 am- was completely down due to maintenance, not its mobile application, which at that same time was working without problems.

This occurs within 24 hours of your cybersecurity team detecting a malicious software in their operating systems.

“Although some of our platforms could present some type of interference, so far our customer-facing systems (ATMs, CajaVecina, the people’s website and the App) have not been affected and they are working ”, said the bank yesterday Sunday.

Along the same lines, and after repeated inquiries in this regard, BancoEstado was blunt in remarking that the patrimonies and funds of the clients were not violated.
