Firefighters of Santiago attended during the night of this Thursday to a procedure in the municipality of San Miguel, in Gran Avenida with Sexta Avenida, where traffic is cut in both directions by the discovery of an element inside a Transantiago bus.
The machine on Subus route 226, which runs from south to north, would have inside a backpack with cables and an element that would contain fuel, according to preliminary information.
That is why, after the discovery, the driver of the machine gave immediate notice to the Carabineros, so GOPE personnel arrived at the place, who will have to determine if it is indeed an explosive element.
At the moment, in the place, near the Metro Ciudad del Niño, no pamphlet allusive to any cause was found, although anyway an important emergency contingent is evaluating the situation.
