The persecutor added that between 2009 and 2010, “while the victim was pregnant with a common child, the accused psychologically mistreated her throughout the process, telling her that this child was not his, that she had another person, in addition to assaulting her with a kick in the back at the eighth month of pregnancy, a fact not reported by the victim ”.

In August 2013, another act of violence was reported when the sports journalist asked the victim for her cell phone in order to check it and then insult her, throwing it at her, “pushing her and hitting her head against the wall, a fact that was not reported by the victim ”.

Later, in 2017, López was prosecuted as the protagonist of shaking the victim at his workplace, in front of several present. As well as, also, in that same year, he would have left his ex-partner and his son locked in the house, unable to leave.

The most violent event would have occurred in January 2018, when the defendant “attacked his spouse by throwing a glass in his face, dragging her along the floor holding her hair, pushing her against the seals, hitting her with blows of feet and fists on different parts of the body,” the prosecutor said.

After presenting all the information, Judge Rodrigo García ordered the precautionary measure prohibiting the formalized approach to both possible victims, while a period of 60 days was established for the investigation.
