Five members of the team that is filming “Mission Impossible 7” would have submitted their resignation after the leak of an audio in which Tom Cruise challenged two workers for not respecting anti-covid measures.

“If I see them do it again, they are screwed and fired,” was part of the statement that the actor made to the two members of the shoot, according to the audio that was released by the English newspaper The Sun.

The interpreter also stressed to them that “I have said it and now I want it, and if they don’t, they are out. We are not going to close this damn movie! Is that understood?”

“Am I being clear? Do you understand what I want? Do you understand the responsibility that you have? That’s it. That’s it. I trust you will do it,” he said.

According to the Daily Mail, after the leak there was a new challenge from Cruise, which resulted in five team members submitting their resignation.

“Tom can’t take it anymore after everything they have done to continue filming. He is angry that others don’t take him seriously,” a source told the English newspaper.

It is worth mentioning that George Clooney expressed his opinion regarding Cruise’s challenge, stating that although he would have acted differently, he understands the reaction of the “Top Gun” actor.

“He did not overreact because it is a problem,” he said in an interview with the Howard Stern program.

“I understand why he did it. He’s not wrong at all about that. You know, I just don’t know if he would have done it so personally, but I don’t know all the circumstances,” Clooney concluded.
