The Internal Revenue Service (SII), by resolution, maintained until February 28 the validity as ballot of electronic vouchers and vouchers in replacement of ballots issued by cash registers, point of sale terminals and fiscal printers.

The obligation to issue these electronic tickets comes into effect on January 1, 2021 for those who have the quality of electronic biller; and the March 1 for those who are not, noted the Service in a statement.
“In these same periods, the obligation to report on the ticket, separately, the final amount of the purchase that corresponds to the payment of VAT,” added the SII.
Thus, as of March 1, taxpayers who use electronic vouchers and / or vouchers to replace ballots, They must use any of the available alternatives for the issuance of electronic sales tickets for goods and services (the free SII system or market options).
The SII detailed that new systems are now availableTherefore, “taxpayers, users of cash registers, fiscal printers, point of sale terminals and electronic voucher systems who prefer, may begin to use – in advance – the sales tickets for goods and services in electronic format.”
