A man died this Saturday afternoon after being stabbed in the framework of what, according to preliminary information, was a fight in the commune of La Florida.
According to the first antecedents, in the San Jorge sector with Santa Filomena a discussion increased in tone until it became a fight with knives.
Around 7:15 p.m. Carabineros was notified that a person was lying on the ground, and citizen security personnel tried to revive him and took him to the Sótero del Río Hospital, in Puente Alto.
In the healthcare facility he died moments later as a result serious injuries caused by an unknown number of stab wounds he received in his limbs.
The Prosecutor’s Office instructed the PDI Homicide Brigade to investigate the case, where the deceased “was a subject who, preliminary, he is in a street situation“, informed the commissioner Ángel Jaque.
“Had been attacked by two people with blows of feet and fists and at the same time he had received numerous stab wounds on his arms and legs“he added.
Among the procedures to be carried out are the analysis of the body, and the Investigative Police worked in the place to collect more antecedents and register witnesses, to clarify the facts and the alleged dispute that ended with a deceased.
In addition, it looks for relatives of the victim, whose identity could not be established.
