In tragedy a family argument could end for the theft of a cell phone in a rural area of Los Angeles.
In the El Liter sector, north of the provincial capital of Bío Bío, a man and his nephew reportedly got into a fight, due to the apparent theft of a mobile device.
The oldest of them – 39 years old – once he left the place, would have fired several shots, wounding with one of them on the back of the neck of the 23-year-old, causing a serious injury but without life risk.
After receiving the complaint for what happened, Carabineros from the Cabo Primero René Sepúlveda Parraguez Sub-police Station, went to the home of the author of the shots, proceeding to his arrest.
This was confirmed by the head of the unit, Captain Alonso Carrasco, who added that despite the above, it was not possible to locate the firearm used in this event.
Specifically, the apprehended has no criminal or police record, remaining at the disposal of the corresponding court for the crime of attempted homicide in the context of domestic violence.
