The image above was shared online by the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico just a few days ago. The Observatory team of scientists noted that the giant asteroid was wearing a “face mask” as they were. Soon, this hilarious tweet went viral on Twitter, and netizens joked that even the asteroid was afraid of COVID-19.

According to CNN, the asteroid is called 52768 (1998 OR2). It was first seen in 1998 and is estimated to pass through Earth on April 29, 2020.
