The historical scorer of the First Division of Chilean football, Esteban Paredes, had a debut scorer with the Coquimbo Unido jersey, club where he settled after his noisy departure from Colo Colo, and with which to dispute the First B during this season.
In the first friendly of the semester, the “Pirata” team won 2-0 against Provincial Ovalle with goals from Esteban Paredes and Isaas Peralta; two players who arrived during this season as reinforcements for the team led by Hector Tapia, who, also, debuted with Coquimbo Unido in this match.
The duel played at the Diaguita de Ovalle Stadium, also, had the presence of other renowned reinforcements that the aurinegro hired, as are Carlos Carmona and Jean Beausejour, who came to the club after ending their ties with Colo Colo and University of Chile, respectively.
