A Spanish ‘youtuber’ known as Borja Escalona was arrested by the authorities last Thursday, after being denounced for hitting a woman with a razor while recording a video for his channel. The event occurred in Puerta del Sol.
According to the ABC medium, that day Escalona was touring the center of Madrid while recording a live video for his social network. This consisted of subjecting people to challenges, such as changing clothes, taking photos with him and tagging him on Instagram and even cutting their hair with a razor.
The situation went from being a joke to a bigger problem when one of the pedestrians refuses to cut his hair and throws the machine to the ground, which generates the anger of the communicator.
At that time, the man said: “Wait, I’m going to slap this one. I’m going to take the camera off for a moment because things are going to happen here ”.
Minutes later both start an argument, until the other person runs away from the place. At that moment, Escalona proceeded to throw the razor towards him, but it finally hit the face of a woman who crossed the place.
“Oh my God, we have bundled, let’s call an ambulance. What a blow ”, exposed at first.
The woman had to be operated on by specialized teams on the street, due to the severity of the impact of the machine. Minutes later, she was transferred to a hospital in Madrid, from where she was discharged hours later.
For his part, Borja was arrested and formalized for the crime of injuries, although he was released after the payment of a bond.
Later, the ‘youtuber’ delivered a statement on his channel: “I have hurt a woman. Point. It was bad luck, if I hadn’t thrown it I wouldn’t have hit it ”.
