A few minutes ago the late American actor Chadwick boseman won the honorary Golden Globe for Best Drama Actor, for his role in the film The Mother of Blues.

Who received this recognition was his widow, Taylor Simone Ledward, who moved by speaking to the public and those who were in their homes watching the award ceremony.

“He would thank his parents, his ancestors, his cast, his friends, his own. He would say something beautiful, something inspiring, something that would inspire the voice within us that tells us that we can, to move on. Which leads us to what we should do, here, now ”, he began.

“I would appreciate Densel Washington, a lot of people, Netflix. I would appreciate Viola Davis, Glynn Turman, Michael Potts, Taylor Page, and I don’t have his words. But we have to take the moments that are necessary to celebrate ”, he continued.

“Thanks to the foreign press association for this moment and this opportunity. My love, you did it, thank you very much ”, concluded.

It should be noted that Boseman died on August 28, 2020 at his residence in Los Angeles, from complications derived from colorectal cancer that had been diagnosed in 2016 and that he had kept secret from the public.
