Likewise, it declared that “an obvious area to be investigated is the analysis of the electronic devices that would be involved in the commission of these acts, and that is why it has been managed by the Prosecutor’s Office, and was obtained from the background that was exposed in due course to the court, an entry order and search and seizure of all mobile devices that could provide sufficient information to clarify these facts ”.

Let us remember that after the accusation was made known, Alarcón resigned from the Chamber’s Culture, Arts and Communications committee and from the Humanist Party. In addition, last Tuesday, January 19, he presented a medical license for 21 days. Likewise, on Friday 22 of the same month, the Chamber’s Ethics Committee agreed to sanction it. The punishment will be decided this Wednesday.
