The CNN Chile / CHV cameraman arrested and later released explained how he was apprehended by Carabineros personnel.

Minutes after being released, the cameraman Álex Cuadra stated that he was recording the arrest by the police of a teenager, at which point he interposed in the video and proceeded to their arrest.

“There was no warning (…) the first thing I received was the obstruction by the Carabineros with a push and then another,” he commented in CNN Chile.
