Rueda sows doubt: “It is not true that he is already the coach of the Colombian team”

Although in Chile and Colombia the departure of Reinaldo Rueda from La Roja has already been announced to begin training the coffee team, today the coach came out to cast doubt on his arrival.

“Many friends have called me to congratulate me, but I must say that it is not true that I am the coach of the (Colombian) National Team”, The coach assured the newspaper El Colombiano today.

Although the news was confirmed in both countries, even with details provided by the president of the ANFP, Pablo Milad, the coach stressed that so far he does not have a new employer.

As when he left Flamengo to settle in Chile, Rueda stressed that he still does not have any contractual agreement with Colombia. “The Colombian Federation still does not confirm anything and I do not know why some journalists lend themselves to say that I am already the coach”, declared.

This Monday the Spaniard Francis Cagigao will arrive in Quilín, who will take over as sports director of the National Team. Up for two years and his first mission will be precisely to find a new coach for everyone’s team.
