Likewise, the norm establishes that those who without the competent authorization manufacture, assemble, elaborate, transform, offer, import or enter into contracts with respect to illegal or unauthorized elements, will be punished with the penalty of lesser imprisonment in its medium degree and a fine of 10 to 20 monthly tax units. The law provides the same fine for whoever activates or triggers the aforementioned illegal fires.
“In the event that establishments or premises are used in the commission of the crime, with the knowledge of their owner or manager, or the latter being unable to do so, their final closure may be decreed in the sentence. Likewise, during the respective judicial process, it may be decreed , as a precautionary measure, the temporary closure of said establishments or premises ”, adds the legal text, which also establishes that the custodial sentence” will be imposed at its maximum when the behaviors indicated there seriously disturb public tranquility or instill fear in the public. population”.
