Ivan Arenas, the man behind the iconic “Professor Rossa”, revealed today that he suffers from colon cancer, a diagnosis for which he will be operated on in the coming days.
“I am going through a more or less complicated, unpleasant moment, I have just been detected (colon) cancer. They are going to operate on January 6, it is a year of uncertainty, I don’t know what will happen “, confessed the comedian in dialogue with Radio ADN.
“I am calm and happy that we do things, my own problem goes a bit unnoticed and I give with the hope that everything will go well and that it will be so,” he added.
Despite the uncertainty generated by the operation, Arenas was optimistic about his health and appreciated the displays of affection from his close circle.
“That’s how life is, others have bigger problems, there are people who don’t even have what to eat … I’m calm and very optimistic,” he stressed.
It should be remembered that in October 2019 the humorist underwent surgery after suffering a fifth heart attack.
