41 people arrested for clandestine party on the coast in Antofagasta

Carabineros reported that last night 41 people were arrested after being surprised at a new clandestine party on the coast in the Costa Laguna sector, in the Antofagasta commune.

According to information from the institution, around 1:30 a.m., an operative from the 5th La Portada Police Station, with the support of the Army and the Navy, seized the group, which included 16 men and 25 women, all over age.

The Carabineros reported that no one had any safe conduit to be out of their home and that one of the women had a valid arrest warrant. In addition, two were repeat offenders, for which the three passed to detention control.

This morning, the institution also reported the arrest of a group of 30 people of Peruvian nationality, who were also caught in a clandestine party, held in Cerro Navia and in full curfew.
