A hot Christmas: maximum could reach 36 degrees in the central area this Friday

The Meteorological Directorate of Chile gave a warning of high temperatures for this weekend between the regions of Valparaíso and La Araucanía.

In that sense, the day that would register the highest temperatures will be this Friday, December 25, in the middle of Christmas.

For that day, the maximum in the Valparaíso Region could reach 36 degrees in the foothills, while in the valley it would be 34.

In the Metropolitan Region, thermometers are expected to reach 34 degrees.

Between the O’Higgins and Bíobío regions, maximums of 33 degrees are forecast in the valleys, while in La Araucanía it would reach 30 degrees.

For Saturday meanwhile, in the Metropolitan Region the thermometers would reach 32 degrees, while on Sunday they would be 30 degrees.
