Criticism of Amaro Gómez-Pablos
The journalist and host of Welcome, Amaro Gómez-Pablos, was covering vaccination in the field.
From the health compound, he recorded a video to show the number of reporters that were in the place.
In this context he made a criticism for being a confined space: “What is not seen! Celebrate @ministeriosalud for vaccines, but observe how the press is held in a foreseeable act ”.
“In a confined space and without traceability covering the news, an irony, or not?”he commented.
In the video, he said: “First vaccines that arrive in Chile, a historic day, we are all covering the event but observe the contradiction off screen.”
The face of Channel 13 added: “My colleagues from the press are here, we are approximately 70, a little more and the authorities are behind.”
And questioned: “We released a very encouraging news but in a closed space, all confined, without social distancing. In the end, practice what is preached. This can not be”.
It should be noted that, later, Amaro deleted this tweet, but replied to a user of the same social network, who told him: “And you (are) part of the same show, why are you criticizing then?

“It is a contradiction”
While dispatching for the morning, he said the same thing in conversation with Tonka Tomicic: “I want to give an account of an image that is a bit of a contradiction, because we are indoors. far exceeding the maximum capacity, quite crowded in this room. All the cameras waiting ”.
