This Wednesday, the courts accepted the agreement between the Prosecutor’s Office and the defense, which allowed the 23-year-old man to return home.
A few minutes after the information was publicly known, the law student returned to Instagram where he showed a photo of a barbecue, another with his girlfriend Rebeca Naranjo, another with his friends and a video of him driving through Santiago.
But that was not all, since Raquel Argandoña’s son immediately took advantage of promoting his online clothing store, as well as a group for car lovers.

In fact, he assured that he would try to accept the largest number of requests that had come to him, but since there were too many, he would have to close the DMs momentarily.
The case began on August 11 when Calderón Argandoña arrived at his father’s apartment, Hernán Calderón Salinas, supposedly to attack him with a knife. After that, the lawyer denounced him for frustrated patricide.
The student remained a fugitive for six days, before being admitted to an exclusive psychiatric clinic, from where he was later transferred to the health area of the Santiago 1 prison, where he spent several weeks.
For his part, Calderón Salinas reclassified the complaint against his son, eliminating the qualification of “parricide” and leaving it as a “crime serious injuries in the context of domestic violence.”
