Last week the Chamber of Deputies approved the creation of an investigative commission against the accusations of the company Felices y Forrados (FyF) that points to an alleged triangulation between AFP Habitat and Moneda Asset Management, where it is accused that the President has part of his blind trust in a Moneda fund, which in turn invests in ILC, which participates in the ownership of AFP Habitat. The latter, at the same time, invests in Moneda funds.
In addition, the complaint questioned the role of the Superintendency of Pensions in the alleged transactions.
Macías said that the questions arose in July 2019 as a result of a publication and explained that the Superintendency reviews the investments of the pension administrators on a daily basis.

And he added that “we knew it, we asked the administrators for more information, in this case to AFP Habitat, and we corroborated as we always think that there was no irregularity. “
