Two deaths were the result of a frontal collision between a truck and a van registered this Tuesday afternoon on route B-25, a road that connects Sierra Gorda and Calama, in the Antofagasta region.

Specifically, deaths correspond to truck driver and his passenger, as Radio Bío Bío was able to verify in the area.

At press time, the causes of this fact are still reason for investigation. There are also no details of the state of the truck driver.

According to preliminary information, the collision occurred at kilometer 50 of the road in question, near Minera Spencer.

The SIAT de Carabineros was in charge of the expert reports and clarifying how both mobiles collided. The cab of the truck even fell on the truck.
