This Tuesday the sports writer Alberto Jesús López, better known as the “Troubadour of the Gol“, after his ex-wife denounced him for domestic violence against her and a common child.
According to what Page 7 reports today, in the hearing held in the Second Guarantee Court of Santiago, the Central North prosecutor, María José Viveros, reported that the abuse began in 2005.
The “Trovador del Gol” was credited with the crimes of habitual mistreatment and less serious injuries.
THE BACKGROUND AGAINST THE TROVADOR
At the hearing, it was stated that the rapporteur “regularly exercised physical and psychological violence against his spouse. Consisting of insults of various calibers, pushing, mistreatment, as well as against your minor child”.
The prosecutor explained that the attacks even continued during 2009 and 2010, when the ex-partner, Rossana Sánchez, was pregnant. During this time, the rapporteur psychologically mistreated her, saying that the son was not his.
After this, violent events are detailed for years, which include insults, pinching, hitting and kicking. And not only her, but also against the minor, who remains with his father.
Through his statement it was determined that there were “kicks in his legs, again that he threw him to his bed since his father was attacking his mother. He referred again, broadly speaking, that he was also attacked with a kind of cable or belt in different parts of his body, so many legs and arms ”.
In this way, the prosecution requested the precautionary measure of prohibition of approaching both victims, but only the mother was accepted.
