At a general level, the Superintendency of Pensions confirmed that more than 5,855,000 people have applied, just over 53% of all those who are qualified for the process.
The general manager of the AFP Association, Fernando Larraín, recalled how the process prior to payments on Thursday 17 December will work.
“You will receive an email (email) from your administrator indicating if the request was accepted. In case it has not been approved, we remind you that you can enter a new request, ”he said.
For his part, the Undersecretary of Social Security, Pedro Pizarro, highlighted the agility of the process.

In parallel, the House Constitution Committee confirmed that next week will put to vote the project on withdrawal of funds for annuity pensioners.
