This Saturday, December 19, Colo Colo will face the leading Catholic University at the San Carlos de Apoquindo stadium. The albos must forget the opposite realities that they cross in the table, since a triumph against the best team of the tournament and in a classic can strengthen confidence for what is to come.
In the squad they are aware of that, so they began their work with recharged batteries after the victory over Unión Española and thinking of getting their second consecutive victory in this National Championship.
One of those who was more motivated in training was Matías Fernández, who has shown a good individual level since he took over the team led by Gustavo Quinteros.
That is why the club showed images of 14 of the whites showing off their prodigious punch and scoring a goal from outside the area as in their best times.
The midfielder appears as a starter in the match they will play against the crossover box, while in the coaching staff they hope to also have Jorge Valdivia, who can finally re-debut this weekend.
Colo Colo is still bottom in the standings, but before Universidad Católica he hopes to add to put pressure on Coquimbo Unido, Deportes Iquique and Audax Italiano.
