Unión La Calera is ‘on alert’. This after the Seremi de Salud of the Valparaíso region confirmed an outbreak of COVID-19 in the club.
The result of the epidemiological investigation was overwhelming: 3 positive cases and another 6 considered “probable” complicate the ‘cement manufacturers’.
And that’s not all. In addition, the work of the health authorities of the Fifth Region detected that there are another 11 footballers with ‘close contact’ with positives, so the number could increase considerably in the coming hours.
As could be foreseen, the entire entity was put into quarantine, while the club, for its part, suspended all kinds of activity.
