Izkia Siches leads Colmed elections on the third day of voting

The elections of the Medical College are on their third day. And after the closing of this day, List A, “Transforming [email protected] Colmed, led by the current president of the union, Izkia Siches, won 51.45% of the votes. This corresponds to 7,670 votes, 540 above the List of his opponent.

List B, “More Doctors”, led by Renato Acuña, closed the day with 7,130 votes. This corresponds to 47.83% of the total of the 14,908 members who have voted in these elections. In fact, they have been historic due to the high participation of the union.

The internal elections in the Medical College began last Thursday. They will run until Sunday. There are about 30 thousand doctors authorized to vote, who can do so online between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
