Just minutes after the confirmation suspension of the duel between Universidad de Chile and Deportes Iquique for the cases of Covid-19 in the northern box, the ANFP also postponed the match between Unión La Calera and O’Higgins.
The ANFP, in a brief statement, reported that the decision was made on the recommendation of the Medical Commission, due to the case of coronavirus in the “cement plant”.

During the afternoon of this Friday, La Calera reported the presence of a positive case in her plant, after performing the PCR test.
“The person is isolated, complying with the relevant protocols indicated by the health authority,” the club said.
This situation was also reported to the corresponding authorities, according to the established protocols.
Note that this is the third Chilean soccer match that is suspended this week due to coronavirus. The first was between Ñublense and Temuco, in the tournament for promotion, due to six infected in Chillán’s team; and the second, the University of Chile and Deportes Iquique, for the cases present in the “Celestial Dragons”.
