A noble gesture occurred during the day this Thursday in the city of Concepción, when a group of municipal workers who collect garbage in the city, they gave him a truck as a toy to a child who, according to his mother’s words, admires them a lot.
This is the case of Matías, a little one who greets these workers since before the covid-19 pandemic and now does so every time they pass, due to the quarantine.
His mother, Daniela Andrade, shared the happy news through her social networks, where she assured that at the time of delivering the gift “He couldn’t help but be happy.”
“Today he went out to greet them as usual and they stopped the truck, They came down to deliver a beautiful gift to my son. I just wanted to hug everyone to say thank you. They made my son so happy and we as parents too, thank you very much ”, expressed Daniela through her Facebook.
In conversation with BíoBíoChile, little Matías’ mother commented that the idea of the photo is not that my son made it viral, but that thank the love and professionalism with which the collectors do their work.
“It is hard work, exhausting, unpleasant many times and I think that should be valued. We have to be more aware with them, more humility, because we can meet people with huge hearts ”, Daniela finished.
He ended his thank you message by noting that children should be taught to value all people, regardless of the condition or type of work, since -he ended by saying- all are worthy of respect and admiration.
