Chilean restaurant Boragó was included among the 10 best in the world to visit in 2021 by Forbes magazine

The Chilean restaurant Boragó, run by chef Rodolfo Guzmán, was once again selected in a prestigious international ranking.

On this occasion, Boragó was included among the 10 best restaurants in the world to visit in 2021 by Forbes magazine.

The restaurant that is located in the commune of Vitacura is the only Latin American on the entire list.

In the Forbes publication, the critic Brask Thomsen wrote the following words for Boragó: “Guzmán is a unique chef, and if Boragó had not been located in Santiago, literally at the end of the world, but in Europe or the United States, and not would have been such a modest man, then Boragó would have been in everyone’s way and mouth … and at the top of all ranking lists “.
