In detail, in the case of Christmas, the Undersecretary of Public Health, Paula Daza, explained that All mass events will be prohibited from 8:00 p.m. on December 24 until December 26 at 05:00 AM. Meetings will only be allowed in private residences from Step 2 onwards, with the following maximum capacity:
- Quarantine: Residents only
- Transition: 15 people in total (includes residents)
- Preparation: 20 people in total (includes residents)
- Initial opening: 30 people (includes residents)
For its part, in the case of the New Year’s celebration, they were also mass events prohibited from 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31 to 5:00 a.m. on January 2.
However, meetings in private residences are allowed from Phase 2 onwards and the capacity in this case is the same as for Christmas.
