Quarantines on weekends and without interregional travel: Check what can be done (and what not) in the Transition stage

In this line, they may not organize or participate in events, social gatherings, offices, seminars, rites or ceremonies with more people than allowed. That is, a maximum of 20 people in open places, 10 in closed places and only from Monday to Friday.

In Transition stage Supermarkets, pharmacies and other places of supply of food and basic products will be open, in addition to health centers and public service establishments.

With regard to non-essential trade, will be able to operate during weekdays -Monday to Friday- with workers who live in a commune in Phase 2 or higher.

But in addition, the undersecretary Martorell announced a modification in relation to the opening of restaurants that are in communes in Transition.

This will be effective on December 10 at the national level and implies that -from Monday to Friday- restaurants, cafes and similar may serve the public only on terraces and open spaces, ensuring at least 2 meters of distance between tables.

Also, the maximum stay will be 2 hours and permanent natural ventilation will be required.

Martorell also detailed that “Those schools that are opening and that are working, should not close due to this transfer to Step 2”.

Movements between regions -or home security- are not allowed in Quarantine or Transition communes.

And the Undersecretary for Crime Prevention stressed it in the balance of this Monday: “During Phase 3 (Preparation) interregional travel is allowed, in Phase 2 not. Thus, We are calling for this great effort to be made in MRI so that the disease can soon regress and the different communes begin to advance (in Footsteps) and can travel, ”he said.
