Joaquin Niemann had another good day at the Classic Mayakoba of the PGA Tour, a contest that takes place in Playa del Carmen, remaining in the Top 10 of the Mexican tournament.

After a brilliant first day on Thursday, where he finished in second place, this Friday a couple of mistakes deprived him of continuing at the top but not of fighting for the title.

Three birdies anticipated that ‘Joaco’ would continue for great things, but two bogeys cost Talagante dearly, who ended the day with a -1 card.

Thus, added to the score of -5 on the first day, Niemann registers a total of -6 and is in the place T9.

The momentary leader of Mayakoba is the Argentine Emiliano Grillo, which accumulates a card of -13.

Niemann will return to the grass this Saturday, looking to rebound and get back into the advance group.
