The 33-year-old lawyer who lives in Temuco and travels every Sunday to Santiago to later move to Valparaíso, said that “as a parliamentarian I have been able to help many people. Mayor after 50 years

Regarding medium-term projects once out of politics, Diego Paulsen said that he bought a 40-hectare plot in the Perquenco community, in the province of Cautín. “We bought it with a friend to produce and export European hazelnuts,” he explained.

Of course, the current president of the Lower House (who recently passed a vote of no confidence against his table), said that in the long-term future he intends to take on other challenges in political matters. “After 50 years, I would love to be mayor of a commune in my region,” he stated.
