“At the end of 2019, the so-called social outbreak occurred, which caused a delay in the arrival of materials, and more importantly, a strong absence of workers in November and December, as a result of roadblocks and lack of of mobilization in the coastal sector ”, explained the lawyer of the firm, Juan Pablo Barayón, in his brief presented to the court.

Later, he said, the health emergency broke out. “Constructora Triada SA was forced to paralyze several projects,” explained the lawyer, who explained that, in April, the firm accepted its workers under the Employment Protection Law.

“Currently Constructora Triada SA is finalizing its contractual obligations in the Papudo project, but it has not been able to find new jobs, given the economic situation of the company and the political and health uncertainty that the country is going through,” said Barayón.
