Alexis Sanchez left behind the Champions League defeat of the Inter Milan and joined the millions of messages for the death of Diego Armando Maradona. The tocopillano, like Claudio Bravo, shared a postcard with the “10” after the final of the Confederations Cup.
The top scorer in the history of the Chilean National Team used his social networks to dedicate a few words to the Argentine star, where he thanked having met the idol in person and had the opportunity to talk with him.
“I had the pleasure of meeting you and chatting with you and the truth is that you are and will continue to be THE HAND OF GOD 🙏🏽 rest Diego 😢”, wrote the former Arsenal.
Snchez joined Claudio Bravo, among others, as the Chilean footballers who showed their admiration and sorrow for the death of the captain of the Argentine National Team in the 1986 World Cup.
In addition, the Inter striker uploaded a photo of Maradona wearing the Albiceleste shirt to his Instagram story, which accompanied her with the popular song in homage to “Pelusa”: La Mano de Dios by the artist Rodrigo.

Claudio Bravo’s heartfelt message to Maradona: “My admiration and respect forever”
Tributes have come from all over the world to Diego Armando Maradona, who died this afternoon in Argentina due to cardio-respiratory arrest, at the age of 60.
The last Chilean to add himself to the words dedicated to “10” was Claudio Bravo, who used his Twitter account to say goodbye to what many consider to be the best soccer player of all time.
“Rest in peace, Diego. All my admiration and respect forever. A giant of our soccer has left us. My condolences to all his relatives. Legend,” he wrote, sharing some photos with Maradona in the final of the 2017 Confederations Cup , in which Chile reached the final, losing to Germany.
