The mother of the 18-year-old who yesterday electrocuted inside an educational facility in High Bridge criticized the return to school.
The incident occurred after noon yesterday, when the young Bayron Díaz participated with other students and a teacher in an electronics course in the Las Nieves Industrial College located on Avenida Jorge Ross Ossa.
